Payment Deadline:

Camp sessions for the weeks of June 10-14th, June 17th-21st, and June 24th-28th must be paid in full by May 20th.

 

For camps scheduled for July 1-3rd, July 8th–12th, July 15th-19th, July 22nd-26th, July 29th–August 2nd, and August 5th-9th, payment is due by June 10th.

 

Discount Policy:

A discount of $50 per week during the Summer camp will be applied to all 3 weeks if payment is made for three consecutive weeks. Please note that the week of July 1st is excluded from this promotion. Discount Applied to Full Time Students (Day Program and Both Morning and Afternoon Extended Care) Tuition will be $400.00 per week if you register for 3 consecutive weeks

 

Refund Policy:

 

June Campers:

If you enroll in camp for the month of June and your plans change, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid according to the following terms:

• Full refunds are available until May 31st.

• No credit or refund will be issued after May 31st.

July and August Campers:

​

If you enroll in camp for July and August and your plans change, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:

• Full refunds are available until June 21st.

• No credit or refund will be issued after June 21st.

 

Participants who are unable to attend their camp session due to illness will not receive a refund or credit for the days or weeks missed.
